What We Do

Bringing God’s Love and Abundant Life to Families in Kampala

Medical Grants

Through our community outreach, we’ve identified families in urgent need of medical care. While diseases like malaria or typhoid can be treated for under £20, life-saving surgeries, such as brain surgery, can cost several hundred pounds.

Community Development

We work with local schools, churches and social workers to enhance and improve their facilities and services to the communities we work in. We have completed small scale building projects, refurbishments projects and collaborative community outreach days with the aim to bring abundant life to the whole community.

Women Empowerment

In Uganda, the minimum wage is just £21 per month, which is often the amount earned by many women with limited educational opportunities. Many women don’t have access to capital to start a business. We have proven entrepreneurship courses and business grants to be a sustainable project with 10 pilot families.

Holiday Program

We run an education enhancement program during school holidays for children from slum areas in Kampala. Children from the community can enjoy a safe space to play, practice sports, make crafts, learn scripture, listen to bible stories, praise and worship sessions, learn ICT skills and join reading groups.

Tertiary Education Fund

Our Tertiary Education Fund supports talented Ugandan youth by offering scholarships for higher education. We provide opportunities for undergraduate degrees, diploma courses in hair and beauty, cookery sciences certificates, and other practical programs that equip students with valuable skills for the workforce.

Home Visits

Many parents in our sponsorship program face long-term health issues, while others are cared for by grandparents or great-grandparents. These caregivers often struggle to find work or maintain a business due to health and energy limitations. When staff or volunteers visit a home to listen and support, it is a tangible way to show the love of Jesus and build relationships with the families from this community.
